Requirements

  • Above-average university degree (master's) in physics, electrical engineering, or related fields
  • Above-average Ph.D. degree in quantum technologies
  • Sound knowledge of semiconductor physics, optics, or photonics
  • Several years of experience in design and characterization of photonic components for quantum sensing
  • Technical and applied excellence, demonstrated by publications and patents
  • Programming skills, ideally in Python, and experience in AI-driven data analysis
  • Work from Home

Tasks

  • Develop and design integrated photonic components
  • Model components for quantum technologies
  • Support production and assembly of photonic modules
  • Supervise technical staff and students
  • Oversee measurement stations
  • Acquire and lead research projects
  • Collaborate with industrial partners on projects
