- Technical and applied excellence, demonstrated by publications and patents
- Programming skills, ideally in Python, and experience in AI-driven data analysis

- Supervise technical staff and students
- Oversee measurement stations
- Acquire and lead research projects
- Collaborate with industrial partners on projects
