- Collaborate closely with the core research team
- Work with various administrative departments, including Grants Office and legal
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Support concept development and grant writing
- Prepare and write reports
- Conduct surveys and translate findings into actionable items
- Plan and support workflow optimization and change processes
- Oversee budget and personnel for efficient resource allocation
- Manage application and talent processes for the department
