- Serve as the central contact for consortium partners
- Assist with correspondence and communication
- Plan and organize scientific conferences
- Organize internal events and Delphi rounds
- Coordinate crowdsourcing activities
- Plan and organize workshops and seminars
- Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables across work packages
- Support concept development
- Support grant writing
- Support report preparation
- Conduct surveys
- Translate survey findings into actionable items
- Plan and support workflow optimization and change processes
- Oversee budget and personnel
- Collaborate closely with the core research team
- Collaborate with administrative departments, including Grants and Legal
