  • •Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Pharmakanten, Chemikanten, Produktionsfachkraft Chemie oder Ähnliches
  • •Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister Chemie oder Pharmazie
  • •Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
  • •Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Herstellung von sterilen Arzneimitteln wünschenswert

  • •Disziplinarische Führung des Schichtteams übernehmen
  • •Mitarbeitergespräche durchführen
  • •Routineabläufe in Ansatz, Vorbereitung und Außenbereich organisieren
  • •Tägliche Kontrolle der Sicherheits-, GMP- und GDP-Richtlinien durchführen
  • •Mitarbeitende planen und einteilen
  • •Produktionsplan unterstützen
  • •Herstelldokumentation kontinuierlich überprüfen
  • •Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit der Supply Chain Organisation und anderen Abteilungen sicherstellen
  • •Kontinuierliche Versorgung mit Material und Dokumentation gewährleisten
