SCADA Engineer - Power Systems(m/w/x)
Designing SCADA systems for power grid tenders, including hardware selection and IEC 61850 substation automation. Experience with IEC 62443 and NIS2 standards required. 4-day work week, company car for private use.
Requirements
- Experience designing SCADA-systems and network solutions
- Engineer with SCADA, SRO, and network systems experience
- IEC 61850–based substation automation experience
- Experience applying standards and legislation in SCADA/ICS/DCS and networks
- Experience with IEC 62443, NIS2, IEC 61508, ISO/IEC 27001 standards
- Practical experience with converter technologies
- STATCOM, HVDC, rectifier and inverter stations experience
- Power electronics–based systems experience
- Strong background in network principles
- Cyber security for critical infrastructure background
- Experience with tendering processes, specifications, and technical evaluations
- Professional experience from consulting, utilities, OEMs, or system suppliers (advantageous)
- Fluent in English
- Experience in European, multilingual project environments (advantageous)
- Additional European languages (advantageous)

- Estimate costs
- Prepare tender materials
- Design SCADA systems for tenders
- Design network solutions
- Integrate with other systems
