SAP SuccessFactors Consultant(m/w/x)

Description

As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will implement and configure solutions while collaborating with HR and IT teams. Your role involves translating business needs into system configurations, supporting testing and enhancements, and engaging in training and knowledge-sharing activities.

Requirements

• •3–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation or operation
• •Solid functional expertise in SuccessFactors modules
• •Good understanding of HR processes and best practices
• •Experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration and customization
• •Basic understanding of integrations and data flows
• •Familiarity with Integration Center and SF APIs (OData, Compound Employee)
• •SAP HCM (PA, OM, PT) knowledge
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Ability to work autonomously in an execution-focused role
• •Good communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment
• •Basic project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• •Fluent English

Tasks

• •Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• •Focus on 1–2 core modules like Employee Central or Recruiting
• •Translate business requirements into system configuration
• •Ensure solutions meet operational needs
• •Collaborate with HR and IT teams for system support
• •Execute assigned topics independently
• •Take ownership of smaller initiatives or work packages
• •Support testing and deployments of SuccessFactors modules
• •Enhance system functionality across supported modules
• •Provide functional support and troubleshoot SuccessFactors issues
• •Participate in workshops and training sessions
• •Engage in knowledge-sharing activities with stakeholders
• •Support HRIS-related initiatives as needed
