  • •Relevant professional experience (> 10 years) in SAP SuccessFactors consulting and implementation
  • •High analytical thinking ability
  • •Good to very good knowledge in several modules of SAP SuccessFactors with focus on Employee Central
  • •Several years of practical experience in presales, customer/project acquisition, and functional project management
  • •Extensive and up-to-date SAP HCM industry and market knowledge
  • •Confident appearance and very good communication skills
  • •Business fluent English

  • •Plan, design, and implement Human Capital Management applications
  • •Serve as a competent contact for customers regarding SAP SuccessFactors

  • •Mentor young professionals and oversee consultants
  • •Engage in continuous training of hard and soft skills
  • •Support the business development team with technical expertise and customer insights
