Requirements

  • Completed studies or comparable training in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or other fields
  • Relevant professional experience (> 10 years) in SAP SuccessFactors consulting and implementation
  • High analytical thinking ability
  • Good to very good knowledge in several modules of SAP SuccessFactors with focus on Employee Central
  • Several years of practical experience in presales, customer/project acquisition, and functional project management
  • Extensive and up-to-date SAP HCM industry and market knowledge
  • Confident appearance and very good communication skills
  • Business fluent English

Tasks

  • Plan, design, and implement Human Capital Management applications
  • Serve as a competent contact for customers regarding SAP SuccessFactors
  • Work independently within the project team
  • Analyze functional requirements and develop IT solution concepts
  • Conceive and realize customer requirements for HR process digitalization and automation
  • Mentor young professionals and oversee consultants
  • Engage in continuous training of hard and soft skills
  • Support the business development team with technical expertise and customer insights
