- Bridge sales, operations, and tech ecosystem
- Maintain scalable and standardized End-to-End processes
- Serve as first point of contact for SD operations
- Identify and resolve root causes across work-streams
- Partner with Growth, Fleet, and Operations teams
- Own and evolve Order-to-Cash process end-to-end
- Ensure tight integration with FI-AR
- Monitor and improve sales order and billing workflows
- Align workflows with SAP Standard and Clean Core principles
- Document best practices for lean development and system usage
- Drive implementation of technical solutions in business projects
- Oversee initial design, integration, and deployment
- Design modern integrations using SAP BTP
- Connect S/4HANA with customer-facing platforms and internal tools
- Challenge the status quo
- Proactively seek configuration and pricing automation solutions
- Enhance customer and sales experience in SAP
