Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, business informatics, or equivalent qualification
  • Documented SAP Activate expertise (certification or extensive project portfolio in ERP/SAP transformation)
  • Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience managing IT/SAP projects with agile or waterfall methodologies
  • Skilled in project management tools like PPM Express, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, and experienced in both classical and agile frameworks
  • Fluency in German and English with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Tasks

  • Manage SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
  • Deliver rollout projects using SAP Activate methodology
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines and budget constraints
  • Maintain high-quality standards with clear milestones
  • Lead cross-functional and international project teams
  • Coordinate with external technology integration partners
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Manage change requests effectively
  • Communicate with stakeholders regularly
  • Prepare management reports and PMO status updates
  • Present materials for executive decision-making
