In this role, you will lead S/4 migration projects, collaborating with clients to tailor SAP solutions that meet unique needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting assessments, analyzing conversion options, and delivering impactful presentations, all while building strong client relationships.

Requirements

• •SAP-accredited or certified experience
• •Demonstrable experience as an SAP Manager with a focus on S/4 HANA migration and transformation projects
• •Proven experience in shaping and selling S/4 transformations to clients in Communication, Media, and Technology industries
• •In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA solution
• •Expertise in conducting S/4 HANA discovery assessments and analyzing conversion options
• •Familiarity with RISE with SAP offers and ability to guide clients in determining the best deployment approach
• •Up to date knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration
• •Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
• •Strong business acumen and ability to understand clients' strategic objectives
• •Consulting experience and a customer-centric mindset, ability to navigate uncertainty
• •Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities
• •Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• •Proficiency in English, knowledge of other European languages would be an asset

Tasks

• •Shape and sell S/4 transformations to clients
• •Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements
• •Conduct comprehensive S/4 discovery assessments
• •Identify key pain points and opportunities for improvement
• •Analyze S/4 conversion options, including greenfield and brownfield approaches
• •Provide informed recommendations for S/4 migration decisions
• •Lead and manage S/4 migration projects in the Communication, Media, and Technology industries
• •Ensure timely delivery and adherence to project objectives and budgets
• •Guide clients on the best deployment approach using RISE with SAP
• •Develop innovative and customized solutions for clients
• •Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• •Deliver compelling presentations to senior client personnel
• •Lead commercial activities, including client pitches and sales campaigns
• •Align SAP solutions with clients' strategic objectives
• •Mentor SAP professionals and foster collaboration
• •Identify and mitigate risks associated with SAP projects
• •Stay updated on trends and best practices in the industry
• •Develop thought leadership content and provide insights to stakeholders
