  • Support service introduction or realignment
  • Manage SAP Service and FSM projects

  • Maintain relationships with customers
  • Conduct requirements workshops
  • Identify and implement customer-specific requirements
  • Develop and implement process models
  • Coordinate between business and IT
  • Mentor young professionals
  • Ensure technical responsibility for consultants
