  • Recommend design ideas
  • Partner with subject matter experts
  • Collaborate with trainers to establish content needs
  • Conduct needs analyses for learner knowledge, skills, competencies
  • Apply adult learning theories and methodologies
  • Transform technical content into engaging learning experiences
  • Ensure content is clear, accurate, and error-free
  • Design visually appealing content adhering to brand guidelines
