Requirements

  • Student status at university/applied sciences
  • Preferred study: Applied Business Admin/Marketing, Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent
  • MS Office tools knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with Atlassian JIRA
  • Preferred coding experience, especially UI development
  • Basic Python scripting skills (automation, data analysis) are a plus
  • Excellent research, data management, analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive approach and initiative for independent work
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, desire for continuous improvement
  • Fluent spoken and written English

  • Create ad hoc reports
  • Create SAP internal and external newsletters
  • Update wiki pages
  • Maintain SAP Work Zone
  • Update MS SharePoint sites
  • Manage MS Teams channels
  • Develop delivery support materials for partners
  • Support cross-functional program governance
  • Define operations procedures with partners
  • Collaborate with ECS PCoE Program Managers
  • Work with Technical Project Managers
  • Coordinate with Security Officers
  • Engage with ECS Customer Facing Unit teams
  • Collaborate with SAP Premium Suppliers
  • Analyze partner data
  • Support partner enablement program
  • Contribute to innovative communication strategies

Education

  • Currently in higher educationOR
  • Bachelor's degree
