  • First experience with analytics and reporting tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization)
  • Familiarity with SQL or Python (plus, not mandatory)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Confident German communication skills
  • Proactive, well-organized team player
  • Strong desire to learn and grow

  • Increase efficiency in daily operations
  • Plan solution adoption
  • Generate demand
  • Manage renewal risks
  • Define supporting infrastructure for customer satisfaction
  • Drive adoption and consumption of solutions
  • Manage business requirements from customer-facing roles
  • Collaborate with internal IT organization
  • Introduce innovative AI-based tools to customer success teams
