- Monitor project timelines with external consultants
- Conduct functional and technical tests
- Support E-Invoicing processes via SAP DRC
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure end-to-end process integration
- Provide 2nd-level support for SAP FI/CO incidents
- Handle SAP FI/CO change requests
- Document system changes
- Document processes
- Document test results
- Participate in SAP projects
- Support SAP rollouts
- Support SAP upgrades
- Ensure compliance with IT governance
- Ensure compliance with security standards
