Requirements

• •Student at a university or university of applied sciences
• •Bachelor or Master student in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or International Management
• •Highly organized, resilient, and strong team player
• •Experience in managing projects or workstreams from start to finish
• •High level of personal responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail
• •Strong interest in software, applications, innovative business processes, data management, and artificial intelligence
• •Motivation to work in a dynamic, customer-facing, and innovation-driven environment
• •Essential skills in MS Power Point and MS Excel
• •Experience with collaboration tools, basic understanding of project management tools, familiarity with SAP solutions or enterprise software environments
• •Fluent business English and German

Tasks

• •Support the SIX Event Portfolio Lead and SAP Innovation Experience team in managing global SAP events
• •Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking flagship events, including timelines and milestones
• •Prepare presentations, status reports, and performance summaries for leadership meetings
• •Contribute to portfolio overviews and documentation across multiple event initiatives
• •Enable successful execution of SAP's global conferences showcasing innovative demo experiences
• •Ensure transparency and quality across event initiatives influencing customer engagement
• •Support data-driven decision-making through reporting and analytics on event performance
• •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including SAP Global Events and partners
• •Operate in a fast-paced, international, and collaborative environment
• •Gain hands-on experience in portfolio management and strategic event planning
• •Learn how to design and execute large-scale global SAP events from strategy to delivery
• •Develop skills in structured communication and project coordination
• •Present and explain SAP demo experiences to internal and external audiences
