Requirements

  • •Deep experience with SAP BDC, data migration, and SAP integration techniques
  • •Strong proficiency in ETL tools and frameworks, e.g., SAP BODS, Azure Data Factory, Informatica, or Talend
  • •Hands-on with cloud-based integration services, e.g., AWS Glue, Google Dataflow, Snowflake Tasks/Streams, or Databricks Workflows
  • •Familiarity with cloud data platforms and parallel compute frameworks
  • •Strong skills in SQL, scripting, and version control
  • •Knowledge of API integrations, message queues, and event-driven data pipelines
  • •Experience in data quality validation and exception handling within pipelines
  • •Comfortable working in Agile delivery and CI/CD environments
  • •Strong collaboration skills in global delivery models
  • •Certifications in relevant tools or cloud platforms are a plus
  • •Working experience in regulated or large enterprise data environments is desirable
  • •Ability to travel based on project or client needs
  • •BS/MS in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • •8–12+ years of experience in data engineering and system integration

  • •Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines
  • •Support SAP BDC migration and transformation workflows
  • •Develop scalable data flows connecting SAP systems with cloud platforms

  • •Optimize data transformation jobs for performance and reliability
  • •Collaborate with architects on integration solutions
  • •Apply best practices in data security and compliance
  • •Develop reusable scripts and connectors for SAP and cloud environments
  • •Monitor data jobs and troubleshoot failures
  • •Use CI/CD practices to automate deployment of data jobs
  • •Document technical specifications and operational procedures
