Tasks
- Design solutions for complex retail fuel network operations
- Lead discovery and design workshops with client process owners
- Translate multi-ownership station setups into solution designs
- Manage full RFNO scope: station master data, POS data, wet stock, payment methods
- Work with SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and EDI connections
- Advocate for standard processes and clean extensions
- Explain long-term benefits of standard processes to clients
- Highlight value of automated settlement and correct commission posting
- Articulate financial and operational benefits of integration reliability
- Build internal case for RFNO investments: ROI, risk reduction, efficiency
- Identify and articulate business opportunities beyond project scope
- Review and ensure quality of partner-led solution designs
- Identify and address complex settlement and integration scenarios
- Advise partners on multi-ownership configurations
- Raise quality of partner ecosystem through knowledge sharing
- Contribute to implico's AI tooling and accelerator library
- Develop reusable workshop formats and process templates
- Contribute to standard delivery frameworks
- Pilot AI-supported delivery approaches in live projects
- Define future use of AI and modern technology stack
