- Strong Salesforce architecture, data modeling, integration patterns understanding
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce development tools
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Field Service Lightning (FSL) is a plus
- Hands-on experience with DevOps (branching, pipelines, CI scripts)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience setting up and running Design Authority for architectural governance
Tasks
- Design Salesforce solutions for sales, service, and marketing
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements
- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and documentation
- Ensure Salesforce platform scalability, security, and performance
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance team
- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems and third-party apps
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and industry trends
- Conduct regular system audits and implement improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce technical issues
- Set up and run Design Authority for architectural governance
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and project consistency
