Salesforce & HubSpot Platform Specialist(m/w/x)
Managing Salesforce and HubSpot for a European SaaS provider in real estate. Several years of RevOps or CRM automation experience required. 30 days vacation, remote options, and Dec 24/31 off.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, or as a CRM/Automation Specialist (B2B/SaaS environment)
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot, and Certinia (or comparable solutions)
- Understanding of sales-related KPIs and end-to-end processes
- Analytical, structured, self-driven work manner; pragmatic resolution of complex dependencies
- Clear and collaborative communication with Sales, Marketing, Finance/Operations; confident user training
- Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
Tasks
- Own Salesforce and HubSpot systems
- Ensure stable, user-friendly system landscape
- Analyze and optimize workflows
- Manage lead management, pipeline transparency, and handovers
- Handle CRM and RevOps processes
- Ensure high data quality
- Build scalable reporting and dashboards
- Connect sales metrics with project and revenue data
- Manage CRM, marketing automation, and Certinia integrations
- Drive standardization and clean processes
- Train and enable stakeholders
- Coach key users
- Handle complex operational challenges
