Requirements

• •Ability to design, build, and own complex systems on the Salesforce platform
• •Strong communication skills for translating requirements
• •Deep understanding of software engineering principles
• •Experience building and maintaining large-scale applications
• •Strong foundation in API design and event-driven architecture
• •Expertise in LWC, integrations, flows, and Apex/ECMA
• •Proven track record of improving system performance and scalability
• •Proven track record of implementing maintainable business logic in Apex
• •Experience with continuous integration and automated testing
• •Creating maintainable test frameworks and achieving high test coverage
• •Optimizing database operations and handling bulk data processing
• •Experience with declarative-to-programmatic migration strategies
• •8+ years of software engineering experience
• •Opinionated about code quality and pragmatic about delivery
• •Enjoyment of teaching others and sharing knowledge
• •Fluency in English; German is a plus
