Description

As a Sales Associate, you will create memorable experiences for customers while driving sales and maintaining store presentation. Your role involves providing top-notch service, sharing product knowledge, and collaborating with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• •At least 16 years old
• •Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, lift up to 25 lbs.
• •Local language fluency; basic English is a plus
• •Availability for flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
• •Strong communication skills
• •Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• •Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb, and stand for extended periods
• •Comfort with or willingness to learn technology

Tasks

• •Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
• •Suggest appropriate apparel and footwear to customers
• •Share knowledge and enthusiasm about products
• •Stock, straighten, and clean the store
• •Assist at the front and back of the store as needed
• •Process point of sale and payment transactions
• •Fulfill customer omni-channel requests through digital platforms
• •Collaborate effectively with team members
• •Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• •Educate customers about the Rewards program to promote loyalty
• •Pursue self-development and growth opportunities
• •Adhere to Under Armour’s attendance policy
