- Commercial training in FMCG sector
- At least 2 years relevant professional experience, ideally FMCG sector
- Professional experience in organic sector highly desirable
- Strong communication and solution-oriented thinking with hands-on mentality
- Self-starter with structured approach, analytical and creative skills
- Committed team player with high flexibility and independence, good IT skills, especially Excel and ideally ERP experience
- Excellent German skills and fluent business English
- Willingness to travel within Europe

- Prepare monthly sales reports

- Maintain customer-related data
- Manage customer price lists
- Process new product information sheets
- Handle advertising brochures from customers
- Support customer presentations and meetings
- Communicate competitor information internally
- Process customer service inquiries
- Assist with trade fair administrative tasks
- Plan and manage tastings
- Report on tastings
- Process orders to wholesalers
- Contact distributors and customers by phone
- Coordinate material distribution with Trade Marketing
- Distribute samples, brochures, and paper bags
