Tasks
- •Execute the end-to-end order-to-cash process
- •Handle order processing and availability checks
- •Coordinate deliveries and invoicing
- •Manage existing customer accounts
- •Handle returns and communicate shipment information
- •Monitor product availability with Supply Chain, Quality, and Logistics teams
- •Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- •Process orders, invoices, and commercial documentation
- •Maintain Sales master data in SAP (SD)
- •Support complaint handling with the Quality team
- •Monitor and achieve key KPIs, including sales and EBITDA targets
- •Track partner feedback scores and on-time delivery
