Work Experience

Tasks

  • Execute the end-to-end order-to-cash process
  • Handle order processing and availability checks
  • Coordinate deliveries and invoicing
  • Manage existing customer accounts
  • Handle returns and communicate shipment information
  • Monitor product availability with Supply Chain, Quality, and Logistics teams
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Process orders, invoices, and commercial documentation
  • Maintain Sales master data in SAP (SD)
  • Support complaint handling with the Quality team
  • Monitor and achieve key KPIs, including sales and EBITDA targets
  • Track partner feedback scores and on-time delivery
