Requirements

  • Networking industry and competitive market experience
  • Sales experience growing recurring revenues through Enterprise Agreements
  • Direct experience structuring, modeling, and selling EAs
  • Track record of sales success
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good leadership skills and cross functional expertise
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Develop, evangelize, and sell Enterprise Agreements (EAs)
  • Focus on Germany for EA sales
  • Collaborate with HPEN teams to enhance EA offerings
  • Educate and train HPEN Sales and channel partners
  • Structure, negotiate, and close EA opportunities with HPEFS Sales
  • Build growth opportunities through account planning
  • Actively manage account planning with reviews and updates
  • Work extensively with external partners to implement EAs
  • Maintain high customer loyalty and build trust
  • Achieve and manage sales quotas and margins
  • Enter and update opportunities in the pipeline tool
