- Academic degree in business administration or similar
- Detailed knowledge of key customer types or customers in HPEN
- Expertise in company; sought out by other Sales Representatives and/or first level managers for input
- Networking industry and competitive market experience
- Sales experience growing recurring revenues through Enterprise Agreements
- Direct experience structuring, modeling, and selling EAs
- Track record of sales success
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good leadership skills and cross functional expertise
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Tasks
- Develop, evangelize, and sell Enterprise Agreements (EAs)
- Focus on Germany for EA sales
- Collaborate with HPEN teams to enhance EA offerings
- Educate and train HPEN Sales and channel partners
- Structure, negotiate, and close EA opportunities with HPEFS Sales
- Build growth opportunities through account planning
- Actively manage account planning with reviews and updates
- Work extensively with external partners to implement EAs
- Maintain high customer loyalty and build trust
- Achieve and manage sales quotas and margins
- Enter and update opportunities in the pipeline tool
