Sales Service Executive(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Experience in sales, media, or marketing
• Exposure to digital advertising or technology
• Strong interest in media sales
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Highly organized and proactive
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with clients and agencies
• Curious, coachable, and motivated

Tasks

• Develop sales proposals, decks, and client presentations
• Conduct prospecting and account research across assigned lists
• Prepare for RFPs, upfront conversations, and scatter opportunities
• Track and organize sales materials and meeting notes
• Provide account coverage during seller absences
• Maintain communication continuity and pipeline momentum
• Escalate deal-critical decisions to sellers
• Manage clear handoffs before and after leave
• Qualify inbound leads using defined criteria
• Conduct initial outreach and discovery for sellers
• Document context and next steps for handoffs
• Attend client and agency meetings with sellers
• Participate in sales presentations and pitches
• Support client entertainment and relationship-building activities
• Act as a professional extension of the sales team
• Document sales activity and notes in Salesforce
• Track and complete follow-ups and internal handoffs
• Support basic reporting on pipeline and sales execution
• Ensure consistent and high-quality sales execution
