- German skills and functional English command
- Full Driver’s license and driving experience

Tasks
- Drive spirits portfolio growth across North and East Switzerland
- Lead partnerships across On-Trade and selected Off-Trade channels
- Take full accountability for performance within your territory
- Manage distribution and visibility in the market
- Negotiate and execute commercial agreements
- Build and support strong customer relationships
- Lead regular business reviews and identify customer needs
- Implement clear growth plans for existing accounts
- Communicate priorities and plans to customers and internal teams
- Adapt communication approaches to suit different partners
- Execute distribution strategies to deliver performance targets
- Maintain accurate territory data and customer details
- Track performance and outlet changes
- Use data to prioritize territory actions
- Utilize digital tools to manage accounts and track activity
- Support execution through a digital-first approach
- Maintain focus on long-term goals and area momentum
- Respond constructively to challenges within your territory
