Requirements

  • Sales or Revenue Operations experience, ideally B2B SaaS
  • Deep Salesforce knowledge and administration, reporting, automation
  • Pipeline management, forecasting, sales process design skills
  • Defining and implementing scalable processes
  • Cross-functional collaboration and sales enablement support
  • Presenting insights to senior stakeholders, data-based decisions
  • Fluent English
  • German language skills considered a plus

Tasks

  • Advance Salesforce infrastructure
  • Integrate tools like Jira, NetSuite, Marketing
  • Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports
  • Implement AI-powered tools for AEs
  • Build predictive models for revenue forecasting
  • Define and refine marketing & sales funnel
  • Monitor conversion rate benchmarks
  • Design scalable sales processes
  • Develop clear handoff processes
  • Define deal approval limits
  • Build pipeline management system
  • Identify and mitigate pipeline risks
  • Conduct regular deal reviews
  • Ensure filled pipeline through data-based allocation
  • Create forecast models and scenarios
  • Monitor renewals and prevent churn
  • Partner with senior leadership
  • Coach AEs on CRM hygiene
  • Identify skill gaps
  • Develop enablement programs
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews
