Requirements

  • Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Miro)
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, HubSpot AI features)
  • Proven experience analyzing, mapping, and re-engineering business workflows
  • Ability to manage project queues and timelines independently
  • Coordinating with stakeholders and delivering operational updates
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Commitment to documenting processes
  • Thrive supporting and communicating with cross-functional teams

Tasks

  • Analyze and optimize sales processes
  • Identify and map out bottlenecks using data
  • Design and implement process improvements
  • Oversee sales data management

  • Collaborate with HubSpot team on technical workflows
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Act as operational bridge between Sales, Market teams, Finance, and Legal
  • Capture and align business and system requirements
  • Create clear and structured documentation
  • Deliver hands-on training on new tools and workflows
  • Maintain sales data health through audits
  • Monitor automated data flows
  • Ensure consistent reporting standards
