- Identify customer-aligned solutions, including bespoke products
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements
- Collaborate with Sales, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance
- Deliver seamless customer experience
- Provide accurate sales forecasts
- Update sales budgets and pipeline
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Adhere to Health & Safety standards
- Maintain ISO standards
- Follow CRM processes
