- Conduct performance reviews and team meetings to share best practices

- Ensure compliance with regulations regarding healthcare professional interactions
- Develop high-performance skills through training and coaching
- Dedicate at least 40% of time to coaching activities
- Achieve field presence standards with 195 days in the field
