Tasks

  • Relaunch and rebuild Napapijri’s wholesale business in Germany
  • Lead the commercial restart of the German wholesale market
  • Define distribution and growth strategy aligned with brand positioning
  • Identify and develop strategic local key accounts
  • Build long-term partnerships with key accounts
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts with a hands-on sales approach
  • Oversee sell-in, forecasting, and order management
  • Handle daily wholesale operations during the rebuild phase
  • Analyze sell-through performance
  • Translate insights into actionable growth plans
  • Act as a brand ambassador
  • Ensure consistent in-store execution and visibility
  • Promote product storytelling
  • Collaborate with European HQ and cross-functional teams
  • Support long-term market development
  • Create the foundation for future scale and team expansion
