Requirements

  • Sales/Business Development experience in agriculture/livestock sector
  • Egg/Poultry sector experience is a plus
  • Professional background in veterinary medicine (poultry)
  • Professional background in animal husbandry/livestock sciences
  • Professional background in agriculture
  • Comparable hands-on expertise
  • Ability to explain complex solutions and commercial models clearly
  • Ability to negotiate confidently
  • Very good German skills
  • Very good English skills
  • Additional languages welcome (e.g., Dutch, Romanian, Polish)

Tasks

  • Manage MultiVacc sales process end-to-end
  • Collaborate with Egg and Poultry sales teams
  • Take over and structure leads
  • Convert leads into concrete offers
  • Execute pay-by-use model operationally
  • Handle quoting logic
  • Define item and code numbers
  • Process commercial transactions
  • Serve as central customer contact
  • Clarify commercial topics
  • Provide basic technical support
  • Coordinate with PM/PO as needed
  • Lead Phase 1 rollout in Europe
  • Build foundation for global scaling

  • approx. 1 - 4 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degree
