Requirements
- Several years of experience
- Knowledge in datacom (copper, fiber, connectivity) and broadband (FTTx) product range, market, and business
- Network in the data center market
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in teams and take initiative
- Ability to build relationships in a complex environment across countries, cultures, functions, and levels to achieve business objectives
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other relevant commercial software packages (like Salesforce)
- Willingness to travel
Tasks
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for data cables
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers
- Conduct market research and analysis on industry trends
- Stay informed about competitor activities and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sales strategies
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics
- Take full responsibility for MMS business growth in Germany
- Work closely with the MMS & Telecom team
