- •Experience with automation, digital products, and related business models
- •Proven experience in solution selling
- •Knowledge of digital products in WtE or RG plants
- •Several years in sales, proposal management, or product management in the power industry
- •Experience in product management and documentation
- •Strong customer orientation, communication, and analytical skills
- •Advanced negotiation and contract management experience
- •Understanding of industry business practices, service agreements, and commercial/contractual concepts in digitalization

Tasks
- •Lead and coordinate tendering activities for digital solutions
- •Ensure competitive bids in collaboration with Regional Service Centres
- •Maintain and improve the digital solution calculation tool
- •Ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs
- •Develop and update documentation for new digital products
- •Create calculation logic and methodologies
- •Support market positioning and pricing strategies for digital services
- •Train and support Regional Service Centres in promoting digital solutions
- •Build and maintain relationships with customers and project partners
- •Manage risks and opportunities to optimize the company's commercial position
- •Contribute to commercial strategy development and team growth
- •Provide feedback on technical trends
