Requirements

  • Experience with automation, digital products, and related business models
  • Proven experience in solution selling
  • Knowledge of digital products in WtE or RG plants
  • Several years in sales, proposal management, or product management in the power industry
  • Experience in product management and documentation
  • Strong customer orientation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Advanced negotiation and contract management experience
  • Understanding of industry business practices, service agreements, and commercial/contractual concepts in digitalization

Tasks

  • Lead and coordinate tendering activities for digital solutions
  • Ensure competitive bids in collaboration with Regional Service Centres
  • Maintain and improve the digital solution calculation tool
  • Ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs
  • Develop and update documentation for new digital products
  • Create calculation logic and methodologies
  • Support market positioning and pricing strategies for digital services
  • Train and support Regional Service Centres in promoting digital solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and project partners
  • Manage risks and opportunities to optimize the company's commercial position
  • Contribute to commercial strategy development and team growth
  • Provide feedback on technical trends
