As a Sales Keyholder, you will play a vital role in driving sales and enhancing customer experiences. Your daily responsibilities will include coaching teammates, managing store operations, and ensuring a high standard of service while leading by example.

Requirements

• •At least 18 years old
• •High school degree or equivalent
• •1+ year of retail/customer service experience
• •Local language fluency
• •Basic English knowledge
• •Availability for flexible schedule
• •Knowledge of store operations
• •Moderate knowledge of retail operations
• •Advanced selling experience
• •Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb, and stand
• •Comfort with or willingness to learn technology
• •Strong communication skills
• •Ability to lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.

Tasks

• •Ensure great customer service from all teammates
• •Lead a selling culture to enhance the customer experience

• •Open and close the store as needed

• •Collaborate with store leadership on merchandise standards
• •Evaluate sales and payroll goals, adjusting schedules accordingly
• •Build customer loyalty through in-store experiences
• •Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• •Assume Stock Keyholder responsibilities when necessary
• •Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
