Tasks
- Promote products and solutions to a customer portfolio
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Prospect for new customers
- Secure cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Generate repeat sales from existing customers
- Assess customer needs
- Suggest appropriate products, services, and solutions
- Prepare commercial offers with Sales Support Engineers
- Conduct product presentations for clients
- Develop sales plans
- Prepare strategies to protect customer relationships
- Prepare strategies to grow customer relationships
- Prepare strategies to diversify customer relationships
