- •5+ years of related work/sales experience in technical industry
- •Preferred industrial business to business success or procurement experience
- •Experience utilizing CRM tools and reporting functions

- •Understanding of Noise and Vibration treatment manufacturing
- •Ability to manage difficult customer situations
- •Mechanical aptitude and business acumen
- •Ability to sell technical solutions in industrial settings
- •Knowledge of market and competition analysis
- •Discretion in handling proprietary and confidential information
- •Ability to work independently and use resources effectively
- •Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
- •Exceptional prioritization and time management skills
- •Proficient computer skills in various software applications
- •Clear and persuasive verbal communication skills
- •German mother tongue and very fluent English
- •Collaborative teamwork with diverse groups
- •High ethical standards, integrity, and honesty

- •Ability to travel domestically with overnight stays
- •Effective English communication in person and writing

- •Prepare and present price quotations
- •Negotiate pricing and stocking agreements
- •Communicate customer demand changes internally
- •Provide technical support to customers

- •Solicit sales via telephone and in-person
- •Set prices and margins for new products
- •Monitor and counter competitor activities
- •Develop and review customer stocking agreements
