Sales Director DACH(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Eight years progressive sales and leadership experience
• Medical device or healthcare industry experience
• Track record of exceeding sales targets
• Leadership and remote team management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Experience managing Sales P&L responsibilities
• Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and Power BI
• Experience designing SOPs and sales processes
• Fluency in German and English
• Willingness to travel within DACH region

Tasks

• Develop and execute DACH sales strategies
• Manage the full sales lifecycle for laboratory and diagnostic solutions
• Achieve sales targets, budgets, and forecasts
• Translate company strategy into regional execution plans
• Drive revenue growth and manage the Sales P&L
• Evolve go-to-market strategies for future growth
• Lead customer segmentation and prioritization efforts
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and partners
• Oversee customer negotiations and contract development
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Analyze market trends and competitive activities
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize product messaging
• Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team
• Define KPIs and performance management processes
• Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
