- •Enjoyment of working in an international environment
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Knowledge of French or Finnish as an asset
- •Passion for high-quality wood products

- •Conduct weekly customer visits in the field
- •Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- •Understand products and applications, including compliance matters
- •Create demand for LVL-based structures and commercialize key applications
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
- •Lead the sales team, providing coaching and support for success
- •Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment
- •Perform sales planning, forecasting, and reporting in line with Metsä Group processes
