  • Hands-on mentality, ability to work independently and structured
  • Initial hands-on experience in sales or sales-related tasks in wealth management or the financial sector
  • Enjoyment of interacting with customers and selling modern technologies
  • Analytical approach and the ability to derive innovative concepts
  • Good understanding of asset classes and financial markets
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Thoroughness, confidentiality, loyalty, and willingness to travel

  • Support the Sales Manager in initial meetings and scheduling appointments
  • Assist in developing and implementing market strategies
  • Analyze customer needs, competitors, and market trends
  • Maintain customer interactions and information in HubSpot CRM
  • Screen target markets for potential strategic partnerships
  • Represent the company at financial and FinTech events
