Sales Development Representative - Europe(m/w/x)
Outbound prospecting for secure communications platform, booking meetings via multi-channel sequences. 1+ year SDR experience required. Daily breakfast, fresh fruit, and snacks provided.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience
- Previous working experience: 1+ year
- 1-2 years of experience
- 1+ years experience as SDR, outbound sales, or high-activity customer-facing roles
- Proven track record of hitting activity and meeting targets
- Strong cold outreach experience (especially phone)
- Experience with multi-channel prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Ability to engage and challenge senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English and German
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Exposure to cybersecurity, compliance, or IT-related topics
- Experience selling into regulated industries (e.g. public sector, finance, legal, or critical infrastructure)
- Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks (MEDDPICC, BANT, or similar)
- Encouraged to apply even if not all criteria met
Tasks
- Execute outbound prospecting across target accounts
- Run multi-channel sequences using calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Engage senior stakeholders on security and compliance topics
- Identify and validate key use cases
- Maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce
- Track activities and outcomes in CRM
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and messaging
- Follow up on leads generated by Marketing
- Refine outreach based on performance and feedback
