Requirements

  • First professional experience in Sales Controlling, Business Controlling or Performance Management
  • Strong analytical mindset and understanding of sales, pricing, and margin mechanics
  • Confident use of Analytics tools and handling large data sets
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and detail-focused approach to topics
  • Ability to explain complex financial topics clearly to different stakeholder groups
  • Experience in international or multi-country environment (advantageous)

Tasks

  • Analyze and monitor sales and market performance
  • Prepare and improve commercial and management reports
  • Identify key drivers, trends, and deviations in sales, pricing, and profitability
  • Translate business implications from sales and market data
  • Analyze trading results and margin development
  • Support commercial and strategic decisions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports
  • Use MS Office, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Analysis for Office
  • Collaborate with International finance for planning and forecasting
  • Translate complex financial data into clear insights
  • Provide actionable recommendations to management and senior stakeholders

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree

  • English – Business Fluent
