Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience in Sales or Key Account Management
- FMCG/Retail experience is a plus
- Completed university degree or comparable education
- First experience in Category Management is ideal
- Very good customer knowledge and current industry trends/news knowledge
- Customer orientation, strong communication and presentation skills
- Good consultative sales/selling and influencing skills
- Negotiation skills
Tasks
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Expand existing customer contracts
- Secure new business opportunities
- Prepare and conduct successful sales pitches
- Negotiate sales to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Integrate expertise from departments to create compelling solutions
- Achieve sales targets by delighting customers
- Develop a strong understanding of the industry and market
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner to clients
- Collaborate with Customer Success and other teams
- Develop and execute account plans and joint business plans
- Manage budgets
- Travel as required
