Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• Up to 2 years of experience
• Skill operating Inventory and POS systems
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Ability to move items up to 40 lbs
• Ability to work in a place
• Clear communication skills

Tasks

• Ensure product availability on the sales floor
• Create eye-catching visual displays
• Address and resolve customer inquiries
• Run an efficient checkout process
• Support the Store Leadership team
• Act as a brand ambassador
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Explain product features, benefits, and availability
• Engage consumers to understand needs and preferences
• Demonstrate merchandise and suggest suitable options
• Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Retrieve merchandise from inventory locations
• Process cash register sales, returns, and exchanges
• Enroll customers in the loyalty program
• Receive and process incoming and outgoing product flow
• Replenish store stock accurately and efficiently
