- Handle complaints and customer dissatisfaction
- Respond to customers regarding CSR policy
- Know Sezane merchandising rules
- Check product labeling on the floor
- Participate in merchandising implementation and follow-up
- Offer an exciting and inspiring shopping experience
- Monitor and maintain the commercial level of the point of sale
- Make fashion-related suggestions
- Apply Sezane policies, standards, and procedures
- Process transactions and operational procedures
- Perform specific process treatments (returns, exchanges, reservations)
- Participate in defining necessary staff
- Ensure proper inventory management
- Be a team player and participate in ancillary tasks
- Contribute to a positive and harmonious environment
- Relay the brand's commitments
