Sales Administrator(m/w/x)
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Sales team by managing quotes, maintaining customer accounts, and tracking sales data. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve coordinating reports, organizing meetings, and ensuring effective communication across teams.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in a related role
- Experience with cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration
- Automotive/manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with different levels
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools, such as PowerBI
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and databases (especially PowerPoint, Excel)
- Resilience and time-management skills for dealing with recurring long-term tasks as well as short-term tasks
- Good English level
Tasks
- Update the Global Sales Plan based on project tracking input
- Coordinate quarterly updates of the addressable market file
- Initiate quote preparation in the quote management system
- Distribute weekly quote reports, including timing and delays
- Schedule kick-off meetings and issue meeting minutes
- Follow up on action plans from meetings
- Generate monthly NBO and win-loss reports from the Global Sales Plan
- Create customized reports for the Sales and Demand teams
- Assist the Senior BI Manager with quarterly market price reports
- Participate in accounts receivable meetings and coordinate sales tasks
- Organize workshops and meetings for the Sales team
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for various purposes
- Act as a liaison between Sales Managers and other functions
- Support the collection of raw material data and logistic costs
- Assist in generating profitability reports with the Senior BI Manager
- Help update process descriptions and work instructions
- Provide training for regional customer portals and assist with quote entry
