Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Significant experience in account management or sales within data and software in DACH market
  • Proven track record of growing revenues and expanding relationships within large, complex accounts
  • Strong skills in solution selling, negotiation, and deal cycle management
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in German and English
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Analytical, independent, and results-driven approach
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing client needs and fast-paced environments
  • Team-oriented mindset with high self-motivation and passion for continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with established sales methodologies
  • Experience in data and software-related sales (SaaS and Cloud solutions)

Tasks

  • Manage key accounts in the Insurance industry
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Develop tailored strategies for account growth
  • Lead the complete sales process
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline

  • Advocate for clients internally
  • Communicate feedback and market insights
  • Support innovation and continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation
  • Collaborate with marketing, consulting, and delivery teams
  • Represent Experian at industry events
  • Enhance brand presence and professional network
  • Contribute ideas for industry-specific solutions
  • Co-organize marketing activities and customer events
  • Uphold Experian’s values and standards
