Sales & Account Manager(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Significant experience in account management or sales within data and software in DACH market
- Proven track record of growing revenues and expanding relationships within large, complex accounts
- Strong skills in solution selling, negotiation, and deal cycle management
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in German and English
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Analytical, independent, and results-driven approach
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing client needs and fast-paced environments
- Team-oriented mindset with high self-motivation and passion for continuous improvement
- Familiarity with established sales methodologies
- Experience in data and software-related sales (SaaS and Cloud solutions)
Tasks
- Manage key accounts in the Insurance industry
- Act as primary point of contact for clients
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Develop tailored strategies for account growth
- Lead the complete sales process
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Apply sales methodologies to manage deal cycles
- Ensure consultative solution selling
- Achieve revenue targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Advocate for clients internally
- Communicate feedback and market insights
- Support innovation and continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate sales documentation
- Collaborate with marketing, consulting, and delivery teams
- Represent Experian at industry events
- Enhance brand presence and professional network
- Contribute ideas for industry-specific solutions
- Co-organize marketing activities and customer events
- Uphold Experian’s values and standards
